ARPS supports those who are in need of assistance with money management and who may be at risk of financial exploitation. The organization offers programs to provide support and advocacy services to persons with mental, developmental or physical disabilities arising from causes including severe illness, congenital defects, injury, the aging process and drug or alcohol abuse.
