American Research Universities - Human Resource Institute

The purpose of the organization is to provide a forum for professional relationships among chief human resources officers ("chros") who are responsible for the nation's most complex universities; assemble the chros of these universities and other academicians in the corporate, public, and university sectors for advanced executive development, exposure, and opportunities; and elevate the human resources discourse and leadership effectiveness of the nation's major research universities.
