The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, with a mission to reduce the frequency and impact of school shootings in the united states. To carry out its mission more effectively, the corporation will focus on the above core purposes and will not provide funding or advocate for or against (i) any type of restrictions on firearms, (ii) the right to own or carry firearms, (iii) any related issues involving the second amendment, or (iv) any political candidate. This limitation will apply to the corporation, but this limitation will not be a requirement of any organization that may receive aid from the corporation.
