The organization (ascrl) established foundational relationships with foreign entities that permit, and that enabled, ascrl to collect, administer, and distribute reprographic and collective licensing revenue for the visual arts community. The organization continued work to establish collective rights revenue collection, administration, and distribution as a domestic program. This was the primary, and only, program service engaged in by the organization during the reporting period.
