University ASCE Student Chapter Support- The Virginia Section provides financial and in-person support for the six ASCE Student Chapters within their boundaries. Support is provided through scholarships, technical presentations, Virginias Student Symposium (VSS), and awards.
Pre-College (K through 12) Outreach: Developed STEM pamphlets and an 8-foot wide banner. Brought items to elementary, middle, and senior high school fairs throughout Virginia. Participated in Concrete 4 Kids and two Science Fairs. Awarded cash prizes and ASCE gifts.
