Asdin continues to provide certification programs for physicians and associate members. Asdin continues a research mentorship program which aims to guide trainees or medical students seeking guidance for clinical or basic research in the vascular access field. Awardees meet with the mentorship committee every 2 months to discuss research strategies, data collection, analysis, and data interpretation. Awardees also receive guidance for manuscript preparation, journal selection, as well as manuscript submission on their individual research projects.asdin awarded its seventh annual $25,000 research grant in the field of dialysis access supporting the project entitled - association of arteriovenous fistula (avf) access with clinical outcomes.

Asdin continues to further its mission to promote excellence in dialysis access care to improve outcomes for patients with kidney disease by providing various online educational resources and learning modules.
