Communications: communicate with members, prospective members, chapters and industry groups in a timely, focused, interactive and effective manner. Achievements included keeping members informed of current events and trends through regular newsletters, special reports, magazines, and web sites; encouraging communication among members and others through the internet; and communicating with and through the media.

Education: provide business management education to the construction industry. Achievements included providing educational programming for members and non-members through in-person events, written and recorded materials; teleconferences; and the internet, including webinars, teleconferences and discussion groups. Represented subcontractors in other industry groups providing accreditation and certification.
