Membership and outreach services: atfl promoted and developed an understanding and cooperation between the u.s. And lebanon regarding cultural, humanitarian, and economic matters.

Policy work: atfl works with the u.s. Administration and u.s. Congress to educate government officials on the importance of the u.s. Relationship with lebanon. Atfl also hosts regular briefings with the washington, d.c. Think tank community experts on u.s. Lebanon affairs and writes policy papers on specific issues facing the u.s. Government with regard to lebanon. Atfl also hosts regular board of director meetings with government and ngo leaders in lebanon, and separately hosts members of the u.s. Congress in an unofficial capacity on delegation trips to lebanon.
