The purpose for which the organization is for the promotion and education of safety measures that should be practiced by the motoring public and professional repsonders; such as educating motorists on safe driving habits and slow down-move over laws, and educating first repsonders, police, tow truck operators, ect., on critical safety issues when working highway incidents.
