To protect and promote the basic human rights of immigrants at the local, state and national levels.

Direct servicesin 2024, americans for immigrant justice (ai justice) continued to serve the community's most vulnerable immigrants. We served 8,371 immigrants from 82 countries, filing over 800 applications before uscis and represent over 400 individuals before the executive office for immigration review. Over 600 survivors of domestic violence, crime, and human trafficking received services and we represented 248 child survivors of abuse, abandonment, or neglect, including 124 children in foster care. We also provided orientation and advice to over 1,300 asylum seekers. We provided over 200 know your rights presentations reaching over 1600 individuals. Additionally, we received support from 22 pro bono partners on 42 cases.
