Medical programs: support students seeking degrees in nursing professions. Ana actively supports undergraduate nursing students at the university of new mexico-gallup with scholarships, licensure fees, and expanded clinical experiences. Scholarships for advanced degrees are also offered. Also working with gallup health clinic to assist patients with prescription and transportation costs.

Veterinary clinics: through the efforts of volunteer veterinarians, veterinary technicians and other assistants, native american veterinarian services (navs) provides free veterinary care for native americans and their animals. Started in 2001 by dr. Theodore robinson, navs has grown from a few volunteers who visited one reservation for a couple of days into a group of dozens of dedicated veterinary health services who travel to the hopi, navajo, and zuni reservations for twice yearly clinics.
