The organization's mission is to provide affordable housing for low-income and other needy individuals/households in the city of woodland park and the surrounding rural region of colorado (referred to as the upper arkansas valley). The organization shall accomplish its charitable mission by conducting assessments of community needs and feasibility, and by providing project development and financing for charitable low-income housing projects.
