Amir Kabir Foundation

The foundation shall support the charitable missions of the qoba foundation of california and the oasis foundation of virginia (the "supported organizations"). The activities of the foundation in support of the supported organizations may include the provision of benefits, including facilities and funds, directly to the supported organizations as well as grants to other organizations that the supported organizations support. Through its supported organizations, the foundation is committed to building a righteous and thriving american community with sound and expanding human, economic, financial, and intellectual resources and institutions. The foundation shall remain a duly registered american non-profit, internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) corporation independent from any national or international agencies.
