Outpatient ambulatory medical care services - we provide medical care and treatment to patients. We provide primary care, hiv specialty care, addiction and substance use disorders, chronic care management, remote patient monitoring and more. These services are billed to third party insurance companies, grant-funded (if appropriated), self-pay patients responsibility or through our sliding scale discount program. However, a majority of the funds for medical care comes from third party insurance billing.
