To provide interactive indoor and outdoor educational spaces that exhibit various methods for growing food at home; to facilitate fun, authentic learning experiences that challenge children and adults to embrace the positive life skills gained from growing and preparing food at home; and to promote collaborative efforts between the food literacy center and the community.
