Providing on-site coaching to local school leaders to increase academic achievement of all students, regardless of race, gender, socio-economic status or learning challenges. Training is research-based best practices of leadership using specific frameworks and processes.activity is conducted by employees of the organization. Activity is conducted within school systems across the country. All of the organization'stime is committed to this activity. Funding is through gifts and grant but primarily through gross receipts from services performed. All expensesare allocated to this activity. The activity assists with training school leaders who in turn train socio-economically challenged students furtheringthe exempt purpose.
