Anacortes Parks Foundation

General donations to the APF support a very wide range of programs and projects. These include City of Anacortes recreational programs, youth programs, memorial benches in City parks, repairs and improvements to City parks and more. These are all programs and projects that could not exist or would not be nearly as robust without the continued support of those who donate.

The AR Daniels Field has received many generous donations over many years. Initial funds provided for the construction on the fields, bleachers and facilities at Volunteer Park. More recent donations have provided renewal of the turf, facility improvements and ongoing repair as initial installations experience wear and tear.
