Family services - these services include assisting families living in affiliates housing to establish goals which will enable them to handle family crises, strengthen economic stability, and become contributing members of the community in which they live. Family services will do this by locating resources and providing encouragement and support as the family strives to meet these goals.

Housing development - provide coordination and development of housing projects for the general low income public. Housing is developed as affordable to these households with an income that is 60% or less of the area median income.
