Anchorage Foundation Inc

The foundation shall receive, hold and administer in perpetuity funds and contributions received, as memorials or otherwise, which shall constitute a permanent repository of such contributions in memory of persons or purposes designated by the contributors and benefactors. The assets will be managed by the foundation board of directors and any earnings thereof may be distributed from time to time solely to support the work of anchorage children's home of bay county, inc.
