Anchorage Home Builders Association Inc

The anchorage home builders association hosts an annual parade of homes. It recognizes the achievements of local builders and showcases innovations in building, new home features, and local trends. Homes in anchorage and eagle river are open to the public during one weekend in september. Later the homes are judged by industry professionals for various design features and craftsmanship. Winners receive a coveted gold hammer award.
