Ancient Forest Society

We initiated a study examining fire effects on giant sequoia trees in partnership with the national park service, universities, non-profits, and others. We worked with local, national, and international media to educate the general public about issues facing giant sequoia forests. We also advised government agencies on how to protect and conserve giant sequoia forests. These services benefit millions of people globally.
