Provide training to future community leaders, assist to unite local businesses and citizens in the progressive development of Anderson County.

Leadership activity includes developing leadership skills in both adults and youths so that they may promote the importance that they may learn how ot promote the importance and strength of the community.
Education Workforce works with 8th graders to produce videos about which the industry that they are partnered with. This is a learning experience for them. The Businsess Development activity teaches entrepreneurs skills to use in starting their own businesses.
