Our mission is to provide daycare and preschool to toddlers and pre- kindergarten children in montrose, pa and surrounding communities of susquehanna county, pa. The center will provide quality developmental programs to children by local residents with early childhood education backgrounds and provide opportunities for parents to participate in all aspects of the children's early developmenta under qualified supervision.
