Angela Hospice Home Care Inc

Angela hospice's telehospice program provides added comfort and support to hospice patients and their caregivers in their home environment, by promoting personalized coordinated care, increasing ease of communication, and decreasing anxiety.additional charitable outreach was directed to groups throughout the community via the faith empowerment project, which aims to provide education to underserved populations. By engaging with congregations and connecting with 250 individuals we are equipping them with information and insight on the end-of-life care. Angela hospice is working to remove barriers to quality care, empower people to advocate for the care they want, and address some healthcare disparities in the process.
