The organization is to operate exclusively for charitable purposes, in such manner as the board of directors, on behalf of the members, of the corporation shall deem best. Such charitable purposes may include support of any educational undertaking connected with or incident to angelina college, or any other cause deemed appropriate by the board of directors within angelina county and its surrounding area. This support may specifically be in the form of scholarships to people who attend angelina college or any other purpose allowed within the governing 501c(3) charitable organization and in some cases the njcaa.
