Mission
Our mission is to empower and equip disadvantaged and under educated men and women through character development, vocational training and job experience. Our programs provide practical hands-on vocational training through our operations of electronic recycling, computer refurbishing, appliance repair and auto repair. Our training is specifically designed to address the soft skills that our clients lack due to challenging backgrounds. Our graduates are able to attain employment on a career path and become economically independent to take care of themselves and their family.

Our small engine repair training program gives our students the opportunity to learn through hands on experience and direct training to learn mechanical skills and other essential workplace skills. Students work on donated vehicles, lawn equipment and other small engines to learn procedures and gain practical knowledge. Students learn skills that are applicable to any industry or can continue to become a Certified Mechanic. Code 83310105
We provide vocational training and work experience for individuals to work in various aspects of food service, catering, hospitality and janitorial services. We also provide classroom training for essential workplace soft skills, principles of successful employment, policy and procedure compliance, communication in the workplace and other essential knowledge based workplace matters.
