Our mission to develop young Muslim leaders and communal platforms that address the social, emotional and mental wellbeing of our communities.
Programs
3 programs
Youth Development Workshops. Our youth development workshops focus on building leadership skills, providing spiritual and practical guidance and facilitating companionship among high school students. A group of 30 high schoolers attended 12 sessions throughout the year with guest speakers leading sessions.
Foundations. Foundations is an intensive class open to students in grades 5th-12th. Our focus is to provide an in-depth exploration of the Islamic Sciences. Through engaging lessons and interactive activities, students will build a foundational understanding of the deen. There were 20 sessions of the class with 32 students in attendance. Our objectives for the program: Gain a comprehensive understanding of an Islamic Science based on their grade level Discuss how this knowledge shapes their day-to-day life and overall understanding of Islam
