Acaf assists family-owned pets in the greater pittsburgh area who need emergency or specialty care at pvsec. Our objective is to offer pet owners, in financial crisis, an alternative to euthanasia when their pet faces a treatable, yet life threatening condition. Acaf offers financial assistance to families in need to give their pets a chance for a better and longer life.
