Investigations - Animal Partisan's investigations work seeks to document the conditions in which animals used in agriculture and research are kept, handled, and killed. Work entails photographing, video recording, or audio recording conduct engaged in by the animal agribusiness and research industries for use in legal advocacy or public exposure campaigns.

Animal Law Field Development - Animal Partisan is committed to developing the field of animal law and works diligently to develop this field. The organization's work in this area includes: (1) managing interns who are current law students interested in exploring animal law, (2) engaging pro bono students or student groups at laws schools, (3) providing opportunities for attorneys practicing in other fields to engage in animal law work, and (4) presenting to law school classes, student groups, or conferences with the intent of developing the field of animal law.
