The ann silverman community health clinic (aschc) has been steadfast in addressing the oral health needs of the community since its founding in 2002. With the dedication of volunteer dentists and staff, the dental program has provided care to 733 unduplicated patients, including 1,111 dental hygiene services and 170 on-site restorations. A total of 1,362 treatment visits, combining on-site and community dental services, were completed, showcasing aschc's commitment to restoring smiles and enhancing the quality of life for patients.recognizing the sporadic nature of dental care received by many patients, aschc implemented a quarterly scheduling system to promote regular follow-ups and sustained oral health maintenance.

Aschc is dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of the community since its founding in 2018. During the 2023-2024 fiscal year there were 906 combined social service and behavioral health visits provided by staff and volunteers. There were 458 eligibility determination visits. A total of 175 counseling sessions were conducted by licensed professional counselors, emphasizing the importance of accessible mental health care. Our volunteer psychiatric nurse practitioner supported by spanish-speaking interpreters, facilitated 156 behavioral health sessions, improving access for diverse populations. In total, 316 unduplicated patients received behavioral health services, demonstrating the clinic's significant impact in improving mental well-being in the community. By screening for depression and anxiety and making timely referrals to counselors, aschc continues to provide a comprehensive and compassionate approach to behavioral health care.
