Since 2014, the foundation has annually hosted the annika intercollegiate presented by 3m, a women's college tournament featuring 12 top division i schools. Moreover, with the support of the haskins foundation, the foundation created the annika award presented by stifel, which is given annually to the best collegiate female golfer. The annika development program is a three-year initiative by the annika foundation and old barnwell that provides assistance and support to twelve college graduates pursuing professional golf dreams. Established in 2022 to fill a critical gap for recent graduates, the program offers benefits to eligible players, including mentorship, training, and pathways to the professional ranks, helping them develop as both on-course and off-course professionals.

The annika women's all pro tour (wapt) is a professional golf tour for women golfers, established in 2019 and rebranded in 2024, that serves as a development pathway to the epson tour and the lpga tour. It provides professional-level competition, networking opportunities, and has a partnership with the lpga's epson tour, offering players ways to earn exemptions into epson tour events. The tour also gives top performers direct advancement to the second stage of lpga qualifying.
