Primary care for food, utilities & medical expenses to persons with aids for prevention & outreach. Program staff will utilize multiple techniques to deliver culturally and language appropriate prevention & risk reduction information to the community. Individual level outreach activities are brought to where people actually congregate. Distribution of hiv/aids prevention materials, educational literature & information regarding counseling & testing is made available.

Supportive services for individuals struggling with behavioral health, substance abuse or co-occurring disorders, which includes psychiatry and medication management, medication assisted treatment, peer recovery coaching, latino outreach and behavioral healthcare management.
