The purposes of flappa are to foster mutually supportive objectives among florida higher education facilities organizations; to promote relationships that provide personal and professional development through leadership, educational, and networking opportunities for all personnel and to foster the professional spirit among persons engaged in this work; also to aid and supplement the work of the international organization, appa-leadership in educational facilites.
