Amaf is putting an emphasis on the correlation between physical and mental health. Physical activity being introduced at a young age promotes a healthy lifestyle, builds resilience, teaches perseverace, and establishes a sense of purpose to those involved. Through both physical fitness training and self-defence instruction, we are working to build a happier, more confidence community.
