WEATHERIZATION DEFERRAL HOME REPAIR PROGRAM - THIS WILL ALLOW THE HOME TO RECEIVE WEATHERIZATION SERVICES, WHEN IT IS BROUGHT UP TO A STANDARD THAT CAN BE WEATHERIZED, AIDING IN ADDITIONAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY, HEALTH AND SAFETY. IF AWARDED FUNDING, APPCAA WILL BRAID THESE FUNDS WITH EXISTING FUNDING TO CONTINUE TO REPAIR/REHAB HOMES THAT MAY NEED ROOF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, UPGRADED ELECTRICITY, HOLES IN THE FLOORS REPAIRED, OR SIMILAR REPAIRS. WITH THE HELP OF $100,000 APPCAA WOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE TO AT LEAST 5 ADDITIONAL HOMES.
