Mission
The advancement of business conditions and overall economic prosperity of an eight county area of northeast tn, comprise of johnson, unicoi, carter, washington, sullivan, green, hawkins and hancock counties by (i) supporting existing economic development organzations such as chambers of commerce, tourism development offices, economic and industrial development boards, workforce development efforts and other similar organizations, (ii) providing assitance to county and city economic and workforce development initatives and (iii) unifying and amplifying the region's collective voices.
