Appleton City Landmarks Restoration Inc

George W Clark Home and Musuem Annex Building houses the historic artificats donated and purchased by the organizaion. The goal of this program is to maintain and improve artificat collections, house the geneology research equipment, and documents pertaining to the Appleton City area so that future and current generations may be informed and entertained. Fourth grade students from local school utilize the facility to learn about local and Missouri history. Approximately 1200 people served.

Moore School House Original rural school house moved to the museum complex in 2011. It is open for public viewing and contains items from various rural school houses that have been destroyed. It also contains projects and essays from area individuals. Children are invited to attend Moore School Day to experience what a day at a country school would have been like 100 years ago. Approximately 650 people served.
