Career exploration - through anew's career exploration department, in-school youth explore construction trades pathways, especially in apprenticeship. Participants engage in workshops, informational interviews, and hands-on mini-projects, all aimed at helping them image a future in aliving wage career.

The apprenticeship readiness and retention center (arrc) provides navigation support, financial assistance, and barrier-removal for anew pre-apprenticeship graduates and wa state registered apprentices. Anew also provides rise up, a respectful workplace campaign designed to create a more inclusive environment and support diverse retention, ensuring that once people enter their career, they stay and thrive.
