The corporation is organized for charitable and educational purposes directed toward the support, education, and caring for qualified persons of arab heritage who have expressed a desire and intention to pursue education in the legal profession and have been recognized by the corporation for such desire and intention, including for such purposes, but without limitation, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
