Arbuckle Volleyball Club

To engage exclusively in charitable and educational purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954 (or corresponding provisions of any future united states revenue law).in furtherance of the purposes set forth in a, above, the organization may, solely for its charitable and educational purposes:(i) promote involvement of the community in the positive support of all competitive endeavors in cooperation with and within the counsel of appropriate colusa county volleyball athletes, pierce high school volleyball athletes, pierce athletic staff, advisors, administration and school board.(ii) develop financial resources and support services for all volleyball athletic activities and is not organized for the private gain of any individual person.
