The arc of acadiana is committed to supporting the rights of people with disabilities to live, work, and play in their community.
Programs

The employment service program provides training and employment centers which in turn provide experience and the opportunity for the disabled to develope occupational and social skills.
The residential program operates eleven community homes that provides 24 hour care in all aspect of daily living to individuals with developement disabilities. Additionally four of the homes provide continous professional nursing care for medically fragile individuals.
