Programs
2 programs
Day habilitation and employment services:our day habilitation program provides ninety-three (93) individuals with developmental disabilities, the opportunity to participate in volunteer and leisure activities within the community building their daily living and social skills. Sixty-six (66) individuals receive support from ddd and dvr as they search and interview for jobs. Staff also assist in job readiness training, pre-vocational training, and career exploration.
Support coordination and community case management:support coordinators provide support for 400 individuals with developmental disabilities annually. We help people find services and supports that they want and need, develop a medicaid service plan, and monitor the plan and services people receive. We provide information and referral linkages for others that email or call us with questions about services, entitlements, eligibility, and supports.
