Im4q independent monitoring for quality. The arc manages the statewide program for lancaster county. The program surveys people with disabilities to ascertain the quality of their services which are funded through waivers. A team of monitors conducts the survey to persons selected by the office of development programs. The results are compared across the region, state, and nation to ascertain the quality of services and to make positive changes in the lives of people with disabilities.
Advocacy: empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (idd)and their families to lead full, satisfying, independent lives of their choice. Helping people navigate the complex rules and regulations related to their services. Collaboration with local and state partners. Advocacy work counters the stigma that people with idd encounter daily and overcome the barriers to inclusion and achievement.
