The arc of oregon, together with its network of members and affiliated chapters, advocates for the rights and full community participation of all children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The oregon special needs trust (osnt) is a program of the arc oregon providing an affordable means of supplemental support for people with disabilities without jeopardizing governmental support. The special needs pooled trust provides people and their families the vehicle to plan for their future and provide funds that may be used for supplemental needs of the person throughout their lifetime. This past year we have expanded to accept ira's into the trust.
