The arts & education program helps students with i/dd find a means to best express themselves, promoting client-directed goals, self-determination, social skills, and gaining a sense of independence and pride! We daily bridge the gap of post-secondary education support for the i/dd community and their families.

The supported employment program provides individuals with i/dd support to find and maintain competitive, integrated employment. Participants are active partners in the employment process. Participants are provided with a level of support that meets their current skills, experience and employment needs. Job coaches provide one-on-one support with learning job tasks, implementing accommodations to the worksite to promote independence, and work with the employer to establish long-term supports. The goal of our program is to help individuals find employment that is aligned with their unique strengths, abilities, priorities and interests. In addition, we work with businesses to assist in promoting neurodiversity in the workplace. Our supported employment program will help partner businesses by identifying people with i/dd who have the skills necessary to fill open positions at the workplace.

Family and juvenile transition services are provided for children with an intellectual and developmental disability, as well as their families and caregivers. Assistance is provided with setting up guardianships, court related issues, transition support in schools, information workshops for families and direct financial assistance when needed.juvenile justice services assist students enrolled in special education from ages 11-17 that are involved in the juvenile justice system or are at risk. We provide case management, attend school meetings, and participate in court hearings. The goal is to prevent initial involvement in the justice system or prevent re-offense and keep youth in school.

Guardianship services are offered to individuals seeking guardianship over a person with a disability. Services include assistance with required documentation for court appearances and final guardianship determination.
