The Arc of Wodbury County promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.

This program service is provided to extend the Educational year by continuing the associates with books and mentors. The extended education follows the same curriculum that the local community follows to maintain a consistent learning experience
This program service is called Job Skills and it is meant to teach skills to the associates that they may be able to use in the future. It prepares them to be carreer ready for a vast number of different jobs. The jobs are that are prepared for are from the community. That allows the skills to be adequate for the future.
This program service provides field trips for all associates for the improvement of the associatespublic and private social skills. The field trips allow all associates regardless of any handicap enjoy the outdoors with their friends and new acquaintances and surroundings
