The purpose of arcadia main street program, inc to promote the city of arcadia, fl, erecting or maintaining of public buildings, monuments, or works, lessening the burdens of government, combating community deteriorations, and transacting any and all lawful business for which not for profit corporations may be incorporated under section 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
