Area agency on aging - this program provides a wide variety of services to older individuals, including preparation and serving of meals, provision of in-home health and home maintenance services, access to senior activity center, and information and assistance.

Care management - provides a system that ensures delivery of appropriate services to senior and disabled individuals.

Housing - provides affordable housing project benefits to low-to-moderate income persons, older adults, physically and mentally disabled persons, homeless persons, and special needs populations. In 2024, 848 individuals were served. Weatherization - provides energy audits of homes in order to help the occupant conserve energy and save money. In 2024, 89 households were served. Community services - provides volunteer services to underserved persons within area iv agency's eight-county service area. In 2024, 227 volunteers participated in this program providing 814 hours of services. Transportation - total number of individuals and trips for 2024 were 3,187 and 4,258. Area iv transit provided transportation for older or mobility-impaired persons in benton county and the city of lafayette. Area iv public transportation for all persons residing in rural tippecanoe county.
