The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of I.R.C. 501(c)(3). These purposes shall include, but not limited to, addressing a spectrum of critical needs in society. We actively assist vulnerable and economically disadvantaged individuals by providing essential support in medical, economic, and legal matters, concurrently advocating for justice and equality for those in need. Engaging in impactful policy work within the criminal justice system, we strive for systemic improvements through targeted programs. Our dedication extends to aiding individuals in their reentry and rehabilitation journeys, ensuring a smoother transition and long-term well-being. Moreover, we respond to humanitarian needs, providing support in times of crisis.

team protect is a project which is dedicated to educating communities to reduce child tragedies, focusing on pool and car safety. Team protect staff and volunteer teams work closely with families and local institutions. technological solutions and products designed to safeguard children are promoted and are shipped directly to applicants. over 12,000 of Clever Elly devices, which reminds drivers to check the back seat every time one parks the car, have been distributed, many times free of charge. Pool safety equipment includes various alarms, sensors and camera monitors. the price of the popular coral Mylo system is subsidized for those who have financial necessity. its website is www.teamprotect.org
