Arizona Association Of Providers For People With Disabilities Inc

Research and share news affecting 110 members and their estimated 44,250 clients which allows the providers organizations to stay current with the new laws, court decisions, business practices and regulations, new contractual requirements, reimbursement rate changes, criminal background check laws, and medicaid regulations and funding. Communication usually in the form of e-mail updates to members are sent an average of once per week. Members meet at least once per month, with the exceptions of july and december. Most sub-committee meetings are held monthly. The group also holds quarterly networking events that include timely educational updates as well as bi-monthly virtual events focused on leadership development.

Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to help them obtain needed services and supports.
